Recruiting the Best to Thrive at Warren Averett

As one of the Southeast’s largest accounting, tax and advisory firms with 15 locations and 800+ employees, Warren Averett recruits the best people for their teams. As part of their recruiting strategy to recruit top recent graduates and experience professionals in the region, they needed videos that told their story.

We worked with Warren Averett to script, develop and produce two recruiting videos that told stories of how both recent graduates and entrepreneurially-driven experienced professional can thrive at the firm. The two videos could then later be split into multiple pieces of video content for social media.

We flew to offices in Birmingham, AL, Atlanta, GA, and Tampa, FL, to interview team members who have risen to leadership roles within the firm and had utilized the opportunity for growth Warren Averett provides. We also spoke with firm leadership about how their management mentors up-and-coming members of their team.
